Youth Wellness Training

Is your tween/teen ready to workout in our Wellness Center and Weight Room? Ages 10-15 can participate in our Youth Wellness Training Program free of charge to learn the skills they need to have a safe and fun workout at the Y. All youth 10-15 years old are required to attend the appropriate trainings to utilize the Wellness Center without a parent/guardian present. Appropriate wristbands will be provided each time they check in.
