New year, same sweat Fitness challenge!
Join us in getting the New Year off to the right start by joining the YMCA January fitness challenge! To help keep you motivated during January, the new year challenge is going to depend how much you want to win! To win the challenge you must collect the most amount of points by January 31st.
There are numerous ways to collect points over the month. The first way is by going to the YMCA. Each day you check in to the YMCA, is one point (double points on the weekend). To earn three points you can do the following, group fitness classes, personal training, weight lifting, swimming, and even pickle ball! Attendance points can only be accounted once a day. You can earn 3 points for each different activity daily.
