Registration for summer 2025 opens on February 3!

How to Register:

1. Pay the $20 weekly deposit to hold your child’s spot. If you need a sibling discount, do NOT pay the entire fee until you have received the discount. Email [email protected] to receive your discount. Sibling discounts are available for members only.
2. Review the Summer Camp Handbook and prepare your child for the best summer ever!

Find your fun at the Y this summer with our Summer Day Camp program! Sign up for one week or all 10 weeks to make this the best summer ever!

Children must be at least 5 years old and have attended at least one day of Kindergarten to be able to attend Summer Day Camp. Children entering 1st-6th grade are able to attend.

Summer Camp hours are 8:30am-4:30pm each day. Campers may be dropped off as early as 7:30am and picked up as late as 5:30pm for no additional charge!

Each day bring: a lunch, play clothes, water bottle, swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, and closed-toe shoes.

Optional Extras to Bring: life jacket, goggles (The Y does not provide a life jacket or goggles. Please send them if your child needs them.), Soap/shampoo for showers after swimming (The Y provides soap in each shower stall, if your child has sensitive skin they may want their own. Children are not permitted to share their soap.)

Cost: 

• Members: $170/Week, Sibling discount of $25/week is available for members. Please register at the front desk or contact Saraya Currier, Youth Development Director, [email protected] for the sibling discount.
• Community Members: $180/Week
• A $20 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration to hold your child’s spot. The deposit goes toward your weekly fee. Your child is not considered registered for Summer Camp until a deposit has been made. Payment is due in full on the Friday prior to the start of each week.
• In order to receive the member price for Summer Camp, your child’s membership must remain active during each session they are registered for.
• Financial assistance is available thanks to our Community Strong program. Stop by the front desk for an application.

Cancellation Policy: If your child is unable to attend camp for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible so that another child may enjoy a week of Summer Camp! Cancellations made with 7-day advance notice or more are eligible to receive a refund to their payment method or account credit. Deposits may be refunded as account credit at the discretion of the Youth Development Director. Cancellations made with 6-days or less notice will be eligible for account credit. Deposits will not be refundable with 6-days or less notice. Cancellations made once the session starts will not be refunded. Refunds will not be given because a participant fails to show up for the session.

Waitlist Policy: Space fills up quickly for Summer Camp! If you are unable to secure a spot, we highly encourage you to join our waitlist. We had many spaces open last summer due to last-minute vacations, trips with friends, etc. When a space becomes available, we will call you. You have 24 hours to pay the weekly deposit to secure your child’s spot before we open registration to the next person on the list. Payment may be made via phone call, online, or at the front desk.
