Put your thinking cap on and get ready to test your knowledge at Teen Trivia Night on Friday, April 12 from 6-8pm! There will be snacks, prizes, and best of all it's FREE! After trivia teens will hang out with friends, play in the gym, and takeover the Y. Pre-registration is encouraged.
Celebrate healthy kids, healthy families, and a healthy start to summer at this FREE community event! We will have a bounce house, obstacle course, free samples from Sehnert's and so MUCH MORE! Aquatics personal training is exactly what it sounds like- personal training but in the water. This training incorporates specialized equipment to enhance the full use of the water’s natural resistance and buoyant qualities. With water being our friend, the benefits of aquatics training it is easier on the joints, it improves mobility, and it helps get the heart rate up.
All training is done in the shallow water. Specialized equipment is used in aquatics training. For example, noodles, hand buoys, resistance bands, weights, float belts, and frisbees.
